OUR MENU

Here at Sylvie our menu is changing constantly as we aim to showcase the very best of fresh local Tasmanian ingredients of the highest quality. We work closely with local fisheries and producers and adapt our menu to what has been caught today and what local produce is available from season to season. This allows us to feature new recipes and ideas and create a unique and dynamic atmosphere that emphasizes freshness, creativity, and sustainability, making each visit a special experience.

Dietary Requirements

 

Our restaurant specializes in pescatarian cuisine, and our menu changes regularly to feature seasonal offerings. Due to the intricacy of our multi-course offering, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary preferences. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to vegan and lactose-free diets.

 

Shellfish and crustaceans may also feature from time to time on our menu.

 

We kindly ask that dietary requirements and/or allergies be communicated in the notes section at the time of booking. With advance notice, we are pleased to offer vegetarian and coeliac menus.

While we take great care in the preparation of our dishes, we cannot guarantee the absence of potential trace allergens or cross-contamination due to the shared nature of our kitchen space.

For group bookings of 5 or more, we offer a set menu at $120 per head, this is mandatory for groups of 5 or more.

A $25 per person set menu fee is charged.

Cancellation Policy

Please consider that we are a small restaurant, and last-minute cancellations often have a severe effect on our business. If you are unable to fulfil your reservation or if you cancel within 24hrs of your reservation time.
